Carrie Levin, the Chef and Owner of Good Enough to Eat, was born in New York City, but moved with her parents and her little brother to Belgium at the age of five. She grew up in Brussels, learning French (and a smattering of Flemish) and spending a lot of time in the two small restaurants her family owned there.

Heartland Brewer and Beer Hall is the fourth beer hall to opened under the Heartland Brewery. Kosofresh is a Build-Your-Own-Bibimbap bar with two locations in Midtown East. BiBimBap literally means "mixed meal" or "mixed rice". This dish is served as a bowl of warm white rice topped with namul (sauteed and seasoned vegetables) and gochujang (chili pepper paste). A raw or fried egg and sliced meat (usually beef) are common additions. The ingredients are stirred together thoroughly just before eating. Not only is BiBimBap a delicious and healthy meal but the DIY (Do-It-Yourself) component adds to its appeal.
