Independently owned and operated stores that go to market under the common store banner of C-Town. C-Town was founded in 1975 by a dedicated group of individuals who believed that their combined purchasing power and unified advertising program could lower the cost of groceries to their customers. This way they could better compete with the larger impersonal chain grocery store.

Headquartered on an 11 acre facility in New York City, Western Beef operates their own meat, grocery and produce warehouses. The warehouses carry both national and private label brands. Operating these warehouses, allows Western Beef to buy truckloads direct from manufacturers and farmers, cutting out the middle man and then passing these savings to our customers in the form of lower prices.

Tom Beyar, Owner of Beyar's Market, is no stranger to the supermarket business. Tom began his career in 1982 when he became a partner in the former Miggy's Supermarket. Tom was one of the strengthening forces in making Miggy's a success.
In August of 2003, Tom opened Beyar's Market in the Westerleigh section of Staten Island. It started as a small deli under a different name and is growing into a successful supermarket and catering business.
