Biltmore Square Mall is a shopping mall located just off I-26 on Brevard Road in Asheville, North Carolina. It has three anchors: Belk, Dillard's Clearance Center, and Steve and Barry's. In Summer 2008, Dillard's converted to a clearance center.

Newburgh Mall is a 388,000 square foot community shopping center located in the Heart of the Hudson Valley. The center sits at the crossroads of Interstates 84 and 87 at the intersection of Route 300. The center is anchored by Sears, The Bon-Ton, Bed Bath and Beyond, Office Depot and Old Navy. Hamilton Place is an enclosed, two-story shopping mall in Chattanooga, Tennessee. It was the largest shopping mall in the state of Tennessee when it opened in 1987. The original anchors were Belk, Hess's, Parisian, Proffitt's, Regal Cinemas and Sears. A JCPenney store was added later. Currently, Hamilton Place comprises more than 150 stores and restaurants. Current anchor stores include JCPenney, Sears, as well as two locations each for Belk and Dillard's. Regal Cinemas closed in late 2007 and will be replaced with a Barnes and Noble that will open in fall 2008. Hamilton Place Mall has also announced a $100 million expansion which will include two parking garages, a lifestyle center, and other renovations inside and outside the existing mall. To pay for the expansion, CBL proposes an additional half-percent to 1 percent fee added to any purchase made at the mall or at five other CBL centers within a one-mile radius of Hamilton Place, company officials said. The other locations are Gunbarrel Pointe, Hamilton Corner, Hamilton Crossing, The Shoppes at Hamilton Place and The Terrace. Source

Green Acres Mall first opened in 1956 as one of Long Island's first open-air centers serving the needs of numerous communities. To create an even more appealing shopping environment, the center was enclosed in 1968, and housed three anchor stores. As the surrounding area's population continued to grow, so did the mall with an expansion and renovation in 1983 that added a second level, food court and an additional anchor, Sears.

A penny saved is still a penny erned at Bayshore Town Center. Bayshore Community Foundation announced the continuation of the Change for Charity meter program where proceeds generated through parking meter revenue are donated to area non-profit organizations.
Change for Charity designates a new organization every two months to receive a portion of the parking meter proceeds and ticket revenue generated at Bayshore. The 2008 recipients are the sophomore class of local nonprofit organizations that will benefit from the program.
